Whistleblowing

With Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, Directive (EU) 2019/1937 concerning the protection of people who report violations of Union law (the so-called Whistleblowing Directive) was implemented in our legal system.
In order to implement the provisions introduced by the Legislative Decree. 24/2023, a Procedure has been adopted which provides clear operational indications regarding the subject, recipients, methods of transmission and management of reports concerning “violations”, as well as regarding the protection measures envisaged.
